Here’s a few questions people often ask me about our custom shoe creations, followed by my answers to these questions.
Q: What are your fees?
My cost depends on the design complexity of the shoes, plus additional shipping and insurance costs. You provide the shoe (the cost of the shoe is not included). I’d be able to give you a project estimate after we’ve settled on your custom shoe design.
Q: What is the average cost for a pair?
The average pair costs anywhere from $350-$450, with more complex pairs being $650+
Q: Do I have to provide the shoe, or do you?
You’d have to provide the shoes and send them to me. When I am finished with the project, I’ll send them back to you.
Q: How can I see what my shoe will look like before purchasing the real thing? (Mock Design)
Mock Designs are $100 (upfront), and they take 3-5 days to complete. They are a great way to see what your ideas will look like on the shoes before purchasing the actual thing.
Q: How long will it take to produce my custom shoe?
Once I have the shoe, my turnaround time is anywhere from 2-4 weeks.
Q: How do I order?
We talk (phone, email, zoom, etc.) to figure out an idea/ideas for a design. Once we decide what you want, I make a mock design and give you a price estimate. You provide the shoe to be customized and send it to me. I do the art work and then send the completed shoe back to you.
Q: What kind of shoes can you work on?
I can and do work on any type or color of shoe. I’ve found all-white shoes, with ample amounts of unrestricted space (such as Nike Air Force Shoes), give me the most creative freedom.
Q: How does payment work?
I currently only take payment through Zelle and PayPal.
Q: How does payment work?
For larger orders, I require a 50% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance due before delivery. For smaller orders, I require full payment prior to shipment.
Q: Can you ship?
YES, I ship nationwide, and worldwide if need be.
